Young Whippersnapper

Passed by a kid recently wearing a suit with sneakers, carrying a Jansport backpack, on a skateboard. When he got to the building he was going to, he switched his sneakers for nice leather (presumably) shoes, took out his leather notepad doohickey and stuck his sneakers in his bag. Clever! :)

Unfortunately, when I saw him, I kind of thought, “clever kid!” Aging myself! Now I’m wondering if the young’uns even call those shoes sneakers anymore. :p

    lol i’m sure they were skate shoes… which, unfortunately for you, dont fall under the category of sneakers for this generation:-P
