So stuff that’s there will show, but I can’t add anything, and I don’t think comments work cos I tried to add one.

BUT! The cool news is, for once it’s DEFINITELY not my fault. Cos Rails 1.1 came out and the servers got upgraded, and my blog broke. I guess Typo and Rails 1.1 aren’t too happy with one another. At least I think this is why — I’m talking ’bout stuff that’s beyond me. So I’ll fix it when I can, if I can. Yeah, so have I mentioned about how I’m starting to think Typo and maybe Rails to some degree aren’t super ready for production? This definitely could be just me, not like I actually know what I’m talking about:p

I have a quiz (first one of the semester) on Thursday, so I don’t know how much I’m going to be playing with this.

But if I can’t fix it this weekend, I think I’ll try to convert to Wordpress. Which is sad, cos I like all those Ajax thingies. Not that I know what Ajax is, but I think it’s what’s powering all those things that don’t require submit or have little motions. Like the live search and the cool little moving parts after commenting. Although I suppose Wordpress has plugins for everything — I need to learn more. More news as I have it:) Although mostly shall be whining having to do with how I can’t figure anything out:p Sounds fun, don’t it?

Maybe if the server goes down or something, I’ll post up here:) But it oughtn’t.

I decided to host with A Small Orange cos I liked the name and the logo (it’s an orange:p). I also decided to install typo cos I liked the live search function and I liked the general look of it. But now that it’s running, I feel like it’s slow. I dunno why. Maybe I did something wrong when I installed it, I dunno. It’s entirely possible cos I basically didn’t know what I was doing:p If you have suggestions about this (or anything else) please please email me!!!

Today we decided to do nothing. Well it wasn’t a conscious decision, but considering that we just got done with traveling, we didn’t want to do much. We watched tv (there’s a lot of marathons on… every Law & Order, 24, etcetc), played games, ate chocolate covered cherries, and drank wine.

I mean, my nose is so red and sore and dry. And I’ve had some nose bleeds. And I’m too tired to do much more in my Animal Crossing town than to get outta bed, water my red turnips, and check the stalk market. Honestly, my letters and presents have slowed to a trickle. ‘Cept from Mom. Mom sent me a pear.

We went to buy me some more socks so we can go longer without doing laundry. (Well really, it’s cos some of my socks have gotten threadbare and holey so I had to throw ‘em away, but it sounds worse, more me, the other way:p) I handed the money to the salesman with one hand, but my ever present crumpled tissue dropped out of my other hand. He looked kind of grossed out. Ooooopsies! I woulda been grossed out too. I’m sorry, anonymous sales guy!
